This light and airy holiday home has a relaxed open plan dining/living area with built-in braai/barbecue, bar and wood burning slow-combustion fireplace   This is ideal for lazy summers and cool winters.   The fully fitted and equipped kitchen invites one to cook up a storm.

There are 3 bedrooms  leading off the living area.   Main bedroom with queen bed and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.  2nd bedroom has twin beds.  3rd bedroom has a double bed.  These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and toilet.

The 4th bedroom is an outside room with twin beds and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.
A bunkroom (sleeping 4 children) can be included at an additional R500 per night. This unit leads out to the garden. It doesn’t have direct access into the house and does not have bathroom facilities.

Loads of space and room to breathe!

Comfortable, family holiday home situated close to the harbour and hotel.

House consists of:

4 bedrooms: 1 with queen bed and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.   1 with king bed and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.  1 with twin beds, 1 with double bunk beds.  These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin, toilet.

The eat-in kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped and has a fireplace/barbecue.

The TV lounge leads to a spacious dining/living area with fireplace.  There is also a games room.

The sheltered covered patio leads off the dining area and has a built-in barbecue/braai.
There is a hot tub and outside shower with hot and cold water.

This holiday home is ideal for 4 adults and 6 children.  Please note: Not suitable for more than 6 adults.
Only the downstairs part of the house is available for rental.   The upstairs section will be locked up and not occupied.

Secure parking for 2 vehicles on the property behind a gate.

An amazing property on the seafront! You can literally step out of the house and onto the beach.

The large sea-facing lounge with wood burning fireplace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views.
The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully fitted and equipped.

The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ensure that there’s plenty of space for everyone.
There are 2 double bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers.
A 3rd double bedroom with queen bed and 2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and hand shower.

The open-air outside shower is a great way to cool off after a day at the beach. Hot and cold water

The sheltered, private enclosed courtyard with built-in braai/barbeque is the perfect place to enjoy an outdoors meal.

This beautifully appointed sea facing 5 bedroomed beach cottage, minutes from the beach, offers breathtaking views of the Arniston bay and Kassiesbaai, and luxury accommodation for corporate travellers and families.  This is quality and exclusivity at its best.

The open-plan living area has ample space for relaxing and dining.  The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen leads out to a serene courtyard, perfect for outdoor dining and barbecues (kettle braai) under the open sky.

Sea Change is a versatile retreat for all seasons. On hot summer days, take a refreshing dip in the courtyard splash pool, and on chilly winter nights, cozy up in front of the slow-combustion fireplace.

The main house features two inviting bedrooms downstairs, providing comfortable accommodation. One bedrooms has a double bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and toilet.

Off the courtyard is an additional guest wing with three guest bedrooms.  Upstairs are 2 adjacent double rooms (one with twin beds and the other with a king bed) both with ensuite bathrooms with shower, basin and toilet.  Downstairs is a further bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the house.

An inverter system guarantees an uninterrupted stay, even during power outages.

There is a carport for 2 vehicles.  Further parking is available in a parking lot just above the nearby beach.

The main bedroom, with views over Roman beach, has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom (bath, shower, basin, toilet).

Bedroom 2, with views over Roman beach, has 2 x 3/4 beds

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin & toilet.

The additional outside suite has 2 single beds and shower/basin/toilet. This room is equipped with a kettle, microwave and mini fridge.

The outdoor built-in barbecue/braai overlooking Roman beach is in an enclosed courtyard offering shelter from the prevailing winds!

There is an outdoor shower in the courtyard, with hot and cold water.

The property is walled, with a large lawn area. Parking is on the premises behind a gate. The carport offers parking for 2 vehicles.
