Kenyon House

A stylish family holiday home a stone’s throw from the sea with great views.   Come and enjoy home away from home comforts in this spacious beach house.

The main house can  comfortably accommodate 8 guests and the downstairs garden flat can accommodate 2 guests.  The upstairs garden flat (Room With A view) can be included and accommodates 2 guests.

Main house consists of:

Upstairs: Sea-facing main bedroom with en-suite full bathroom (with sea views).  There is a queen bed, a sitting area  for relaxation and  a large patio from which everyone can enjoy the views

Downstairs there  is a double bedroom and  2 twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom.  The sea-facing living area has a TV viewing area and also a fireplace .   The sea facing patio has a built-in open fireplace.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped.  The dining room leads off the kitchen and out to a covered patio with barbecue facilities.

The ground floor garden flat (with sea views), has a queen bed, a comfy sitting area and a bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet.  There is a coffee station and TV with DSTV.  This unit leads out to the patio with the barbecue.

The upstairs unit (Room With A View) can also be let separately.  There is a queen bed, a siting area and a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.  This unit has a TV with DSTV, mini bar fridge, a microwave and coffee station.

A delightful one roomed unit with sea views …  A mere 80m from the sea.

This unit is ideal for a couple wanting to relax and explore the wonders of our area.

There is a queen size bed and a comfortable sitting area.  The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.  There is a TV with DSTV, mini bar fridge, microwave and a kettle.

Please note that there are no kitchen facilities i.e.  There are NO food preparation or cooking facilities.

The sea facing balcony is the perfect spot to have morning or afternoon refreshments

The unit is totally separate from the main house.    Guests may use the barbecue facilities  only when the main house is not occupied .

Sea’s The Day (Wi-Fi)

Come and stay at Sea’s the Day.   A mere 100m meander will take you to the seashore, while a lovely family friendly swimming beach awaits just 250m away.

The lower level of this beach house can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is ideal for groups or families.

The front door leads into a open sitting and dining room area. The main lounge has a flat screen TV with DSTV and an inside fire place. There is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and shower. The other two bedrooms have a double and two single beds respectively, and share a bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove/oven and dish washer. There is also a big box freezer. The unit has WIFI throughout.

The backdoor from the kitchen leads to an enclosed backyard with an outside shower and barbecue/entertainment area.

Please note that the top level is on a few occasions a year occupied by the owners and/or their guests.   The two units however, operate  separately with minimal interaction between groups.  The braai (BBQ) is exclusively for the use of Sea’s The Day guests.

The unit has an alarm system.
