A family holiday home with so much more than your home comforts.

This light and airy holiday home has a relaxed open plan dining/living area with built-in braai/barbecue, bar and wood burning slow-combustion fireplace   This is ideal for lazy summers and cool winters.   The fully fitted and equipped kitchen invites one to cook up a storm.

There are 3 bedrooms  leading off the living area.   Main bedroom with queen bed and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.  2nd bedroom has twin beds.  3rd bedroom has a double bed.  These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and toilet.

The 4th bedroom is an outside room with twin beds and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.
A bunkroom (sleeping 4 children) can be included at an additional R500 per night. This unit leads out to the garden. It doesn’t have direct access into the house and does not have bathroom facilities.

There is a built-in braai on the covered front patio and an outside shower with hot and cold water

If space is what you need, this property is ideal for you.
Upmarket, close to the sea and hotel, it offers ample accommodation with all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable holiday.

The open-plan living area has ample space for relaxing and dining, and features a coffee station and built-in braai on the balcony. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people, with additional seating at the breakfast counter.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well-equipped, which includes a gas hob, electric eye-level oven, dishwasher, fridge, chest freezer and large bar fridge. Leading off the kitchen is a bar/games area which leads out to a patio perfect for outdoor dining and barbecues on the gas braai. There’s a pool table in the bar/games room for added entertainment.
There’s is a flat-screen TV in the lounge and bar area for those lazy indoor weather days.

There are eight well appointed bedrooms, some with sea views.
2 upstairs bedrooms have a TV. All bedrooms have a desk/work area.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms.
