These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, bath, basin and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and a 3/4 bed in a separate interleading room. Ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

There is a portable barbecue/braai. Enjoy the views while you fire-up the barbecue.
There is an outdoor shower with cold water.

Parking is on the lawn in front of the house.

Only the ground floor is rented out. It is totally independent from upstairs, with a private entrance.

Comfortable, family holiday home situated close to the harbour and hotel.

House consists of:

4 bedrooms: 1 with queen bed and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.   1 with king bed and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.  1 with twin beds, 1 with double bunk beds.  These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin, toilet.

The eat-in kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped and has a fireplace/barbecue.

The TV lounge leads to a spacious dining/living area with fireplace.  There is also a games room.

The sheltered patio leads off the dining area and has a built-in barbecue/braai.
The outside shower has hot and cold water.

This holiday home is ideal for 4 adults and 6 children.  Please note: Not suitable for more than 6 adults.
Only the downstairs part of the house is available for rental.   The upstairs section will be locked up and not occupied.

Secure parking on the property behind gates.

Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
Upstairs: Main bedroom (king bed) with sea views, en-suite full bathroom. A spacious open-plan living area with views from every angle, quality furniture, fireplace, top quality fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a scullery, undercover patio with built-in braai/barbeque.
Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x queen bed and 1 x twin beds) with sea views and a shared full bathroom, 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom (shower, basin, toilet) but no sea views. Open-plan living area with fireplace, laundry area.
Outside shower. Lawned, fully enclosed garden with security beams. Security shutters on all windows and doors.

Relax and enjoy uninterrupted views from the veranda, living area and 2 bedrooms.

This one-level family home consists of the following:

An open-plan dining and living area with a fireplace (doubles as a braai) and TV (Full DSTV).    A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven.

The main bedroom, with views over Roman beach, has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom (bath, shower, basin, toilet).

Bedroom 2, with views over Roman beach, has 2 x 3/4 beds

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin & toilet.

There is an additional outside suite with 2 single beds and shower/basin/toilet. This room is equipped with a kettle, microwave and mini fridge.

The outdoor built-in barbecue/braai overlooking Roman beach is in an enclosed courtyard offering shelter from the prevailing winds!

There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The property is walled, with a large lawn area. Parking is on the premises behind a gate. The carport offers parking for 2 vehicles.

Seas The Day (Wi-Fi)

Come and stay at Sea’s the Day.   A mere 100m meander will take you to the seashore, while a lovely family friendly swimming beach awaits just 250m away.

The lower level of this beach house can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is ideal for groups or families.

The front door leads into a open sitting and dining room area. The main lounge has a flat screen TV with DSTV and an inside fire place. There is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and shower. The other two bedrooms have a double and two single beds respectively, and share a bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove/oven and dish washer. There is also a big box freezer. The unit has WIFI throughout.

The backdoor from the kitchen leads to an enclosed backyard with an outside shower and barbecue/entertainment area.

Please note that the top level is on a few occasions a year occupied by the owners and/or their guests.   The two units however, operate  separately with minimal interaction between groups.  The braai (BBQ) is exclusively for the use of Sea’s The Day guests.

The unit has an alarm system.
There is an inverter and solar power system for power outages.
