An amazing property on the seafront! You can literally step out of the house and onto the beach.

The large sea-facing lounge with wood burning fireplace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views.
The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully fitted and equipped.

The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ensure that there’s plenty of space for everyone.
There are 2 double bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers.

Fantastic sea front property!

Relax and enjoy uninterrupted views from the veranda, living area and 2 bedrooms.

This one-level family home consists of the following:

An open-plan dining and living area with a built-in braai / fireplace and TV (Full DSTV).    A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an additional outside unit.

The main bedroom, with views over Roman beach, has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom (bath, shower, basin, toilet).

Bedroom 2, with views over Roman beach, has 2 x 3/4 beds

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin & toilet.

The additional outside suite has 2 single beds and shower/basin/toilet. This room is equipped with a kettle, microwave and mini fridge.

The outdoor built-in barbecue/braai overlooking Roman beach is in an enclosed courtyard offering shelter from the prevailing winds!

There is an outdoor shower in the courtyard, with hot and cold water.

The property is walled, with a large lawn area. Parking is on the premises behind a gate. The carport offers parking for 2 vehicles.

A little gem, almost on the beach.   Stylish and comfortable, this one bedroomed  garden flat is filled with natural light.

Open-plan living area, with a breakfast counter and well equipped kitchen leads out to a paved, enclosed courtyard .   There is double bedroom (queen bed) with an en-suite full bathroom and a private courtyard leading off the bedroom.

The day bed and couch in the living area can comfortably sleep  1 – 2 children.

Cliff Cottage (Wi-Fi)

Cliff Cottage is a heritage cottage with magnificent ocean views, directly on the beach. It’s the perfect space to gather with family, listen to the ocean & soak in the views.

8 guests can comfortably be accommodated in 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and two have two single beds.

There is a sea facing lounge/dining room; a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine & dishwashing machine; a playroom; a single bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet; a single shower and an additional separate single toilet. There is also an outside shower with hot and cold water, and a courtyard which is ideal for braais on the windy nights.

Ample parking, excellent security system and good quality bedding.

This spacious seafront beach house on the lower level, offers all the modern conveniences at budget rates.

Consists of:
A sea-facing central open-plan living/dining area has sliding doors opening onto the patio and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
There are 2 bedroom wings on either side of the living area each with 2 bedrooms (2 x queen-size beds, 2 x twin beds). One wing has a full bathroom and the other a bathroom with shower, basin, toilet.
Both double bedrooms are sea facing and open onto the patio.
