This one-level family home consists of the following:
An open-plan dining and living area with a fireplace (doubles as a braai) and TV (Full DSTV). A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven.
The main bedroom, with views over Roman beach, has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom (bath, shower, basin, toilet).
Bedroom 2, with views over Roman beach, has 2 x 3/4 beds
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin & toilet.
There is an additional outside suite with 2 single beds and shower/basin/toilet. This room is equipped with a kettle, microwave and mini fridge.
The outdoor built-in barbecue/braai overlooking Roman beach is in an enclosed courtyard offering shelter from the prevailing winds!
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The property is walled, with a large lawn area. Parking is on the premises behind a gate. The carport offers parking for 2 vehicles.
Alarm system with exterior security beams.
Inverter installed for lights and plugs.
Pets allowed by special arrangement only.
Non-smoking.
Laundry facilities on the premises to be used by our staff and for long stays. Please ask for more details.

HIGH SEASON: R 6 500 (sleeping 8)
MID SEASON: R 2 850
LOW SEASON: R 2 450
RATE IS FOR THE MAIN HOUSE SLEEPING 6. ADDITONAL R850 P.N. FOR THE EXTRA ROOM SLEEPING 2 EXTRA GUEST.
A CLEAN-UP FEE OF R550 WILL BE CHARGED PER BOOKING FOR MAIN HOUSE. ADDITIONAL R100 CLEANING FEE FOR EXTRA ROOM
