Bedroom 2 ,with views over Roman beach, has 2 single beds

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin & toilet.

The outdoor built-in barbecue/braai overlooks Roman beach and is in an enclosed courtyard offering shelter from the prevailing winds!

There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The property is walled and parking is on the premises behind an automated gate.

Best location beachfront property … you literally step out of the house and onto the beach.
The large sea-facing lounge with wood burning fireplace is open-plan to the dining area which has a 16-seater dining room table and opens onto the courtyard and braai area.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1:  sliding doors leading onto the courtyard.   Queen size bed and a set of bunk beds.  En-suite shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2 : twin beds

Bedroom 3: Sea facing with queen size bed.

Bedroom 4: sea facing with twin beds .

These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom (bath, basin, toilet)

On The Beach

Step off your balcony onto sea sand.   An exceptional holiday home on the sea front for a family wanting something different and special …. where less is more!  This house offers wonderful spaces whilst being environmentally friendly.

The large  windows and glass doors of the open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen offer one stunning sea views.  Leading off this is the sheltered patio with built-in braai,  which is the ideal spot for relaxing and having meals.   And one can still see the sea.

There is a very efficient fireplace which warms up this entire space.

The house sleeps 6.   There are 2 sea-facing double bedrooms leading onto the balcony (king size bed in each), and a third bedroom with twin beds.  There is a shared bathroom with shower, basin, toilet and an additional toilet and basin.
Please note: there is only 1 shower in the house.

The sheltered outside shower has hot and cold water

The landscaped garden is a small, private haven.  Relax and restore your energy!

Off-street  parking under a carport  for 2 vehicles.

This spacious seafront beach house on the lower level, offers all the modern conveniences at budget rates.

Consists of:
A sea-facing central open-plan living/dining area has sliding doors opening onto the patio and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
There are 2 bedroom wings on either side of the living area each with 2 bedrooms (2 x queen-size beds, 2 x twin beds). One wing has a full bathroom and the other a bathroom with shower, basin, toilet.
Both double bedrooms are sea facing and open onto the patio.
