The open-plan living area is spacious and airy, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The large windows and doors, leading to a covered patio, let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the beautiful garden and pool area.
Relax by the pool on hot summer days and cosy up on the comfortable couches in front of the woodburning fireplace on chilly winter days and nights.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Off the kitchen is a sheltered courtyard with an entertainment area featuring a built-in gas braai/barbecue.

The house has 3 bedrooms.
The main bedroom leads onto the covered patio and has a queen size bed. The main ensuite bathroom is spacious and light, and features a bath, shower, double basin and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom leads to the back garden and has a double bed. This ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. This bedroom makes use of the 3rd bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. All 3 bathrooms are comfortable and filled with natural light from windows and skylights.

The manicured garden is fully walled offering privacy.

There is an alarm system and security is further enhanced by shutters on all the doors and windows.
The covered patio can also be closed off by stacking security shutters.
There is solar power.

There is parking for 1 vehicle behind an automated gate. Additional parking is on the pavement.

Dogs are allowed by approval. Please inquire if you may bring your furry friend along on your vacation.

A sunny, relaxing family home which comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Close to the hotel and harbour.
Just the spot for a leisurely break.

Consists of:
An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area leading out to a fully walled, well maintained garden with a built-in braai area. The kitchen is fully fitted and well quipped, including a gas hob.
3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed. 1 with twin beds.
2 bathrooms: 1 with bath, basin, toilet and 1 with shower, basin, toilet.

Additional upstairs TV lounge/teenage hangout with lovely sea views. There’s a bathroom, coffee station, fridge and smart TV. This area can accommodate 2 – 4 guests.
Fully walled with electric fencing.

The Sanctuary (Wi-Fi)

A family holiday home with so much more than your home comforts.

This light and airy holiday home has a relaxed open plan dining/living area with built-in braai/barbecue and bar.   This is ideal for lazy summers and cool winters.   The fully fitted and equipped kitchen invites one to cook up a storm.

There are 3 bedrooms  leading off the living area.   Main bedroom with queen bed and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.  2nd bedroom has twin beds.  3rd bedroom has a double bed.  These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and  toilet.

The 4th bedroom is an outside room with twin beds and en-suite shower, basin, toilet.
A bunkroom (sleeping 4 children) can be included at an additional R500 per night. This unit leads out to the garden. It doesn’t have direct access into the house and does not have bathroom facilities.

There is a built-in braai on the covered front patio.

Fantastic sea front property!

Relax and enjoy uninterrupted views from the veranda, living area and 2 bedrooms.

This one-level family home consists of the following:

An open-plan dining and living area with a fireplace (doubles as a braai) and TV (Full DSTV).    A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven.

The main bedroom, with views over Roman beach, has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom (bath, shower, basin, toilet).

Bedroom 2, with views over Roman beach, has 2 x 3/4 beds

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, basin & toilet.

There is an additional outside suite with 2 single beds and shower/basin/toilet. This room is equipped with a kettle, microwave and mini fridge.

The outdoor built-in barbecue/braai overlooking Roman beach is in an enclosed courtyard offering shelter from the prevailing winds!

There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The property is walled, with a large lawn area. Parking is on the premises behind a gate. The carport offers parking for 2 vehicles.

Captain’s Cabin

A cosy, thatched cottage, ideal for a family get-away.
The open-plan kitchen and living area has a large open fireplace which doubles as an indoor braai/barbecue. The long breakfast counter is also perfect for preparing meals for a family or dinner for two.
The main bedroom (queen bed) leads off the living area and has a door leading onto the garden. There is a full bathroom.
A loft room above the main bedroom and bathroom has 2 single beds.
There is a separate one roomed flat with a bathroom (shower, basin, toilet) and a private entrance, but is also accessible through the main house. There is a queen bed and twin beds in the flat.
There is a built-in outdoor braai/barbecue in the secluded walled garden.
