Bedroom 1, the garden room, is one with nature as it includes a secret garden area. It has a queen bed, plenty of cupboard space, a beautiful deep bath, shower, basin and toilet. Relaxing has never been so easy.

Bedroom 2, the twin room, has two 3/4 beds, a shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 3, the boat room, has a queen bed, shower, basin and toilet.

On the second floor, you’ll find two more ensuite bedrooms:

Bedroom 4, the sumptuous main suite, features a private balcony and a comfortable couch for those moments of quiet relaxation. A queen bed, luxurious walk-in closet, modern bathroom with an inviting bath, inside shower as well as an impressive outside shower, a toilet and bathroom counter with two basins.

Bedroom 5, the shell room, has a queen bed, plenty of cupboard space, shower, basin and toilet.

The upstairs lounge is equipped with comfortable couches, a TV, and a fireplace. The dining area includes an indoor braai/barbecue where you can grill your freshly caught fish from the harbour. The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances fit for any dish you wish to make, and includes two ovens, a gas stove and a bean coffee machine.

On the third floor, there is a rooftop balcony offering stunning views of the ocean and the charming fishing village of Arniston/Waenhuiskrans, you’ll never want to leave. This includes an indoor eating area where you can enjoy meals while watching both the sunset and the sunrise.

The open-plan living area is spacious and airy, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The large windows and doors, leading to a covered patio, let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the beautiful garden and pool area.
Relax by the pool on hot summer days and cosy up on the comfortable couches in front of the woodburning fireplace on chilly winter days and nights.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Off the kitchen is a sheltered courtyard with an entertainment area featuring a built-in gas braai/barbecue.

The house has 3 bedrooms.
The main bedroom leads onto the covered patio and has a queen size bed. The main ensuite bathroom is spacious and light, and features a bath, shower, double basin and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom leads to the back garden and has a double bed. This ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. This bedroom makes use of the 3rd bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. All 3 bathrooms are comfortable and filled with natural light from windows and skylights.

The manicured garden is fully walled offering privacy.

There is an alarm system and security is further enhanced by shutters on all the doors and windows.

Welcome to Sea Change.

This beautifully appointed sea facing 6 bedroomed beach cottage, minutes from the beach, offers breathtaking views of the Arniston bay and Kassiesbaai, and luxury accommodation for corporate travellers and families.  This is quality and exclusivity at its best.

The open-plan living area has ample space for relaxing and dining.  The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen leads out to a serene courtyard, perfect for outdoor dining and barbecues under the open sky.

Sea Change is a versatile retreat for all seasons. On hot summer days, take a refreshing dip in the courtyard splash pool, and on chilly winter nights, cozy up in front of the slow-combustion fireplace.

The main house features three inviting bedrooms.

Upstairs, the master suite boasts a queen-sized bed and an open-plan bathroom with a Victorian bath, a shower, and a separate toilet. There is a large terrace off this bedroom with wonderful sea views.

Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and toilet, and the other suitable for children, having 2 bunk beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.

Off the courtyard is an additional guest wing with three guest bedrooms.  Upstairs are 2 adjacent double rooms (one with twin beds and the other with a king bed) both with ensuite bathrooms with shower, basin and toilet.  Downstairs is a further bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the house.

An inverter system guarantees an uninterrupted stay, even during power outages.

There is a carport for 2 vehicles.  Further parking is available in a parking lot just above the nearby beach.
