Sea Front Beach House, in the best position, literally on the seashore with fabulous elevated sea and dune views. Walk down the path onto Roman Beach! This family beach pad offers 4 bedrooms,3 and a half bathrooms and a comfortable living area. A combustion wood burning stove creates atmosphere and keeps away the evening chill. The seaside veranda is heaven, it also has great bird life and a resident mongoose family. The covered outdoor entertainment area has built in Dover Stove and Braai, seating for 12 and is very protected.
2 bedrooms upstairs – double and 2 singles
2 bedrooms downstairs-great views and opening out onto fynbos-1 queen 1 king/or 2 singles.

Light and bright holiday home with great living spaces overlooking the “greenbelt” towards the harbour/sea..

The house comprises the following:
Open-plan living/dining/sunroom area with wood burning open fireplace, bar and fully fitted and equipped kitchen (stove has a gas hob)

Leading off the living area is a sheltered courtyard with built-in braai/barbecue extending onto a large wooden sundeck

Off the courtyard are 2 separate bedroom wings comprising 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower/toilet/basin)  in one wing and 2 bedrooms  and 1 bathroom (shower/toilet/basin) in the other wing
